We’ve made a big update to our shipping prices for both Herbal Pet Supplies and Herbal, Health & Home! Our shipping prices have been decreased and you now have a range of new delivery options to choose from thanks to our new courier Royal Mail!

Your order’s delivery prices will now be determined by the size of your products, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 starting from as little as £3.95 – rising depending on the additional size of your order.

All orders are sent through Royal Mail, for our UK customers we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 meaning your items will be with you either 24 hours or 48 hours after they’ve been despatched.

Our Delivery Service

For all our deliveries we use Royal Mail as our courier service, with this service you can easily view where your package is through their handy email tracking system – which will give you up-to-date information on where in the delivery process your package is (available when selecting a tracked service).

Details of our Shipping Costs

We deliver within the UK, the Republic of Ireland and selected other European countries. All orders placed will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after the order has been placed. Once dispatched, we’ll send your parcel by the shipping method selected (Monday – Friday), please be aware that this can fluctuate during busy periods of the year.

Once placing an order from either site you’ll receive a FREE delivery coupon code to use on the alternative site. Please note this code will only be active for 24 hours, from the time of your purchase, we will try our best to ship both parcels together.

Free Shipping for all UK orders over £60, this is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 48, if you wish to receive your parcel sooner there is an upgrade option of £2.99 meaning you’ll get your order even quicker!

We Now Deliver To The Republic of Ireland

The new options don’t stop there though…we now deliver to the Republic of Ireland too! Starting from only £7.50 customers from the Republic of Ireland can get their orders delivered with ease by Royal Mail International.
